In our group class, we’ll challenge you with fun exercises that will take your fitness to the next level!

Focussing on Strength Training, Cardio, Core & Pelvic Floor and
Mobility our Stronger Together classes will challenge you with full body workouts that will really have you working up a sweat!

Our Core Essentials classes are designed to address the unique needs of a woman. Incorporating exercises proven to promote a more functional and reliable pelvic floor combined with mobility to leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and ready to take on your day!

A variety of exercise modifications are offered to accommodate every level of fitness. This fun and engaging small group class will leave you feeling energised and confident.

For women looking to retain and gain strength in their core.

Recover & Renew

For new moms looking to heal, get strong, and feel confident!

Led by our certified Personal Trainer and Prenatal/Postnatal specialist (and mother of 2), our 6-week Postnatal programme will help you heal and find your strength after childbirth. Special attention is given to diastasis recti, pelvic floor recovery, and postpartum alignment.

In our small group classes, you are welcome to bring your baby with you. We will provide a safe space to have baby close to you while focusing on yourself. The weekly 1-hour class will include a warm-up, a workout, and a gentle stretch to wrap up.
